I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PwC (Austin, TX) in Nov 2019
Interview
I got the notification about the interview on the second day I submitted my resume. But in the morning of the interview day, they told me they needed to reschedule the interview to 3 days later because the hiring manager had personal issues. So after 3 days, I got into the conference call on time and waited 10 mins. The hiring manager was late and literally in 5 mins which he even didn't finish introducing himself, he said his GIRLFRIEND kept calling him and he worried there was emergency issues and he said he really needed to go. Before he left, he said he would call me back in the afternoon and not surprised, no call no show. Then I waited for anther day, still didn't hear a word. I emailed the recruiter and they told me the position was closed.
The whole process showed no professionalism and respect to the candidate at all. Totally ruined the impression about so called "Big 4".
