Very unorganized. They were not all the same page. I was passed off to another recruiter that was not fully informed of my background or what job I had applied for with their organization.

Question 1
I was called for a phone interview; without being preped as to the position or any background information on the person interviewing me. I had requested the information prior to the interview; no response.
Applied online, 2 days later recruiter reached out to schedule interview. Interviewed with 7 people - Partner, Alliance Lead, MD. HR, ACRE. Interview was not difficult. The Partner had no interviewing skills. No emotional intelligence. He spent most of the time talking about himself.

Why do you want to work for PwC? Ridiculous question.
As expected for this type of employer and this role level. It was fair but firm. There were three people on the panel and it lasted forty-five minutes. It was in-person.
