Interview
I applied online and thereafter had an Initial telephonic interview. The feedback thereafter was fairly prompt and I had to I had to conduct an interview with 3 senior employees in the office.
Thereafter I had to write the relevant psychometric assessments. The process was fairly streamlined with minimal problems.

The questions were typical interview questions around interest, background etc.
Thereafter a brief case study type question was asked in which I had to evaluate how one would position a specific product for a client.
Online test and then in person interview. The online tests were faily standard. Interview process followed why pwc and why the role etc . They then asked if I wanted to ask them anything and I could tell that they were interested to see if I'd researched the role and company and had applicable questions.

My interview process was a total of 3 rounds. The first and last round was mostly behavioral questions, and the 2nd round had some casing aspects / scenario based prompts.

They asked me to speak towards my leadership initiative and also gave me a case question that had some targeted follow-up questions.

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved
