The process was an international transfer process (within the firm). One completes an international assignment application form which is reviewed and approved by the current office. The form is sent to the hosting office for review upon which a decision will be taken on whether they are interested in the candidate or not. Human Capital interviews the candidate if positions are available after which the candidate is interviewed by line of service managers. When the interviews are done, a decision is then made on whether to offer the candicate or not.
