Started with a phone screen with HR to see why I was interested/if I'm serious about interviewing. Week later an interview was setup with a Manager. Two weeks later I had final round of interviews with Director and Partner. Received my offer a week later. Overall a great process. Know about the group you are applying with, display professionalism, show a knowledge of workplace etiquette and be ready to show enthusiasm about the role. The rest can be taught at this level.

4 interview: 1 screening, 1 case, 2 behavioral. The case study is fairly open-ended. You need to go in with a basic understanding of business concepts, but you won't be quizzed on anything. The 2 behavioral are casual conversations. They are mainly looking for logic/reasoning skills, communication, and confidence. The hardest thing is getting an interview. I was lucky to have an employee referral.
