I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Manila, Manila) in Jan 2022
Interview
I applied thru referral. They emailed me for the information about my position within a week but only got back after I was done with my other applications. After I answered the google form, they sent me the link for online assessment after 3 working days, they emailed me a day after I took the assessment that I passed and was endorsed for initial interview. The HR was very kind to talk to and accommodating, it lasted for ~45 minutes. 2 hours after, she informed me I passed and endorsed for final interview with the Manager. The Manager’s also very kind. It only lasted for 30 minutes. 3 hours after, they emailed me that I passed and was invited for job offer discussion. Overall it was a quick and smooth process. The people who interviewed me made me really comfortable. Just be sure to ask them questions at the end, be confident about your answers, and research about the company and the questions they might asked, but also, pass first the online assessment and you’re good! :)
lot of stages of interview. i need to take a test. then go through the first stage of interview. then 2nd interview is quite tough as they the questions are more very high thinking level which i am underprepared. but it was a great experience.
The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.
