Interview
My speaking was interrupted by the interviewer for almost every question. Besides the final interview, the other rounds were good. Maybe doing a bit more job-relevant preparation for the final interview would be good.

Best IT achievement. How's the pandemic affecting your study?
Applied through official career site, Received invitation to Online Assessment within a day, After finishing the OA, got an email mentioning I passed the online assessment and then received a rejection letter after 3 weeks without any update in between.
Completed a rather long cognitive test where I was asked a series of problem solving questions, followed by a series of questions where I had to choose which of the 3 options sounded most like me. Then there was a 1 way interview where they asked 2 questions.

Si è trattato di un primo incontro conoscitivo, focalizzato soprattutto sul percorso accademico, sulle motivazioni della candidatura e sull’interesse per il settore M&A. L’intervistatore è stato disponibile e il clima del colloquio è stato professionale ma tranquillo
