Three phases the whole process Starts with HR interview then technical interview with manager then finally interview with partner. After HR you will get IQ test if you passed the test you will get yo second interview which about audit and accounting. If you passed this one too you will get to partner interview which is general.
Interviews went fine, was about four interviews and there was the general schmoozing during the lunch/dinner events. Pretty standard with other big four interviews that have been taking place so shouldn’t be as hard.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were friendly, asked relevant technical and behavioral questions, and provided clear insights into the role and company culture. Overall, a positive experience.
Usually HR interview followed by a technical interview with the partner. Overall the process can be lengthy and time consuming . The negative side is I was not informed for a long time after the final (3rd) interview if they were proceeding with the offer or no.
