Truly unprofessional hiring practices with a blatant disregard for the candidate's time. I received an invitation for the 2nd round interview for the next business day. On the day of the interview (director level), I had not received any link for the video call. I followed up and they informed me that the interview had been cancelled because the position was put on hold. 1 week later, the exact same position was reposted under a new #. First-round interview - standard behavioural and technical questions about domain and industry
Takes quite a long time to complete the process, mostly 2 months to complete the full process. But, they will always be very through with the back ground checks. If you are looking forward to work here, never postpone your given Interview dates.
There were 4 rounds , HM 2. Technical round 3.technical round 4. Partner round. 2nd round Was 1:1 and 3rd round was with panel . The interveiw was average mostly on experience (related t data engineering)
Timely responses, recruiter email and call to check high level knowledge. Recruiter did not know many specifics about position, just was general screening. then 3 video one on one interviews, last interview was with partner. All staff were friendly and kind, all from group I would be joining.
