I recieved my first interview at a conference. It was with an HR manager, she was very friendly and personable. She told me about her history with the firm, then looked over my resume and asked questions about working as group or team and leadership experience. When I went to the New York superday the group of us got to listen and ask questions to a panel of employees then had 3, 1 on 1 interviews and ended the day with lunch. Everyone was helpful and answered all the questions I had. From my impression it's a very competative atmosphere but everyone seems to genuinely enjoy working for the company. My advice would be to research the company, practice interview questions, and have questions of your own to ask. Also try and show through your answers that you can lead, work well as a team, and are highly motivated.
