Interview
2x 30 minute interviews with a partner and a manager. It was a behavioral interview over Microsoft teams. They sent interview tips and information beforehand, and during the interview one asked a few questions, and wanted me to ask questions. While the other asked a lot of typical behavioral questions.

Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
El proceso fue muy bueno y amable desde el primer contacto, siempre fueron claros y resolvieron mis dudas. Asignaron mis pruebas, entrevistas y documentación a entregar conforme a las fechas acordadas.

The first interview was the initial screening call, followed by technical and behavioral interviews assessing skills, experience, and problem solving. Final round focuses on team fit, communication, and role expectations before decision.
