The interview process was smooth and conversational, focusing mainly on my past and current experiences. Interviewer asked thoughtful questions to understand my personality, motivations, and interests beyond work, making the discussion feel relaxed, open, and genuinely engaging throughout.
L'iter di selezione inizia con una telefonata da parte delle risorse umane, procede con un colloquio conoscitivo - attitudinale sempre con le risorse umane e prosegue con due colloqui tecnici con due senior manager del team di riferimento per la posizione.
Entspannt und angenehm. Es wurde hauptsächlich auf personal fit geachtet und ein bisschen über die motivation gesprochen. Die Atmosphäre war locker, ich fühlte mich wohl. Insgesamt wirklich einfach und angenehm.
I applied for the internship for audit in sydney. The interview process was fairly straightforward. You need to do a hirevue and online test, and then if lucky you get an assessment centre. The assessment centre consists of a 30 minute interview, and a 45 minute group case study
