The process began by completing around 6 or 7 questions online. I was then invited for an interview at head office in London. They had decided to combine rounds 1 and 2 into the first interview, so as well as preparing standard interview questions I was also asked to do a 20 minute presentation on a data set which showed a hypothetical clients publisher activity over the past year. The interviewers were not particularly friendly or welcoming and certainly did not go out of their way to make you feel at ease.
