Brief phone interview with HR, in-person interview with manager and HR, second in-person interview with more technical perspective with tech guy. Process took quite a few weeks, but that seems to be the norm in Berlin. Very friendly interviews, not corporate etc.

Past experience with different kinds of campaigns, campaign scheduling, previous KPIs. Fairly standard questions.

Interview
A job agency contacted me about the opportunity and arranged a Skype interview within a week. The interview was conducted in Japanese and lasted for approx 30 mins. The interviewer asked mu usual interview questions like what is my KPI, related experience etc.
