Interview
There were 2 people one lady and one gent who joined recently. I’m more experienced than the lady who actually taken the interview.
Asked the QA related questions, SQL questions and some API related questions ( which are not my area ).
Answered all questions and provided examples too except for 2 API questions out of 4.
Took 1 hr of my time.
Later recruiter told that they are not moving ahead with the candidature saying that they require 150% great candidates.

Terrible online test which made no sense for applied position.
The interview process began with an online test that was poorly designed and irrelevant to the position I applied for. The questions were confusing and did not align with the job requirements, making it feel like a waste of time.

Total four rounds was there, two technical and one managerial and one director round was there, it was pretty straight forward, and very easy to crack for any one with basic knowldge
