Interview
I had a phone screen with the recruiter and was ultimately ghosted. The screen itself was odd, the recruiter seemed to be on vacation and the phone reception was awful.
Had an interview with HR and then with the relevant manager. Did not hear back for 2weeks, had to reach out to get an answer. They did not want to continue the process with me, however, the reason they gave was ridiculous. It happens when you don't select a candidate but please let them know and please give them the real reason so we can all learn and move on.
