3 Steps:
- interview over phone with the hiring manager; simple coding program and few technical questions, followed by general questions about background and work experience
- online coding exercise: 90 min online test in preferred programming language to write a method and then writing as many JUnit tests for that method; at the end discussions with a developer about the solutions
- 3 onsite interviews with various members from he department. Code writing on the whiteboard and discussion of the solution. One of the interview was more testing strategies oriented
