Interview
Was referred by a Salesforce employee. I had a phone interview and after that had an onsite interview where I met key people of the team. One of the interviews was using Google Hang-out in the office. I met some really smart and nice people. I was much more excited about the position after the interview. After that they gathered feedback from all the interviewers and made me an offer.
