Interview
Made an application online via referral. Took about a month for them to get back to me (probably because it was during Easter/lot of breaks - was a bit of a messy time).
After they got back to me, had a quick phone call to suss out why I was interested and then arranged for another meet up to help run through some questions and prepare. This was pretty challenging but extremely helpful in giving perspectives on how to frame answers and emphasise certain parts of my experience (e.g. hitting specific KPIs, passion for sales, knowledge of recent Salesforce news, etc.)
Organised an in-person interview with 2 Senior Managers within 2 weeks of that first call. The managers were extremely personable and friendly and went for about 35 mins. They called back within 2 days with an offer - very efficient!
The interview process included a 30 - minute phone screen with HR, a 1 - hour interview with the hiring manager focusing on sales experience and CRM knowledge, and a final role - play exercise simulating a cold call to a prospect.

After applying, I was invited to an initial interview with instructions on what to research to prepare. The initial 30 minute interview consisted of a bunch of scripted questions at a rapid pace.

Great experience during 3 sets of challenging interviews. Firstly with the recruiter (30 min call), and then 2 sets of interviews with your hiring manager and with an additional person from the company. Very responsive and quick process as well with hiring manager and with recruiter too.
