Good experience. Timely answers and relevant interview questions to test the skills for the future jobs. I never felt i was asked too abstract questions but rather put my skills in place and the interviewer would link these skills to the future job.

The interview process took about 1 month - 1.5 month. I got in contact with the head op HR at a career fair and got referred by her. Afterwards I had 3 big interviews and one small interview

- Initial phone interview with recruiter.
- Group assessment interview. We were split into small groups and gave presentations to the panel.
- Individual interview with the team manager.
The recruitment process lasted 2 weeks. Overall it was very quick and well organised.

Got referred by an employee, there were 3 rounds in total:
1. 25-minute long telephone interview with the HR Recruiter
At this stage it's about figuring out if you know what you're signing up for; interview conducted in English
2. 45-minute call with hiring manager (CIT manager)
See if you have a sales personality; interview conducted in English
3. 30-minute call with SDR manager (next role after CIT)
Similar as the 2nd interview but this time in the language of the market you're applying for
