My interview was with both Michael Carroll and Simon Elmes who both immediately made me feel welcome.
Great approach overall, you get to be yourself as opposed to feeling the usual pressures of interviews in having to 'tick the boxes' with the same cliche questions.
Honestly one of the best interviews I've ever had and it's a major factor in my decision to join the company.
