I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Extremely well organized and thought. From the start they are looking for cultural and behavioral fit through a more conversational style of interview. This is not your typical 'so tell me about a time' formal questions leading to formal answers and very little ability for personality to shine through. Also, this is a multi-step process as everyone else describes in order for multiple viewpoints to ensure a right fit. Screening interview, Hiring manager interview, Peer interview, Panel/Group interview along with presentation to gauge ability to effectively communicate in front of a white board/video camera. Overall, a very easy process if you ensure you come to it with your whole self. Never any 'gotcha' kind of questions or trying to put you in an uncomfortable situation. The video interviews definitely allow for a more personal touch to build rapport and a relationship right off the bat. The recruiters/coordinators were great at staying out in front of the process with proactive communication. Never a time when I felt 'out of the loop' or wondering what was next. If working for the company is anything like the interview process, this is going to be the best employer I've ever had. Be Excited and show it!
Read through all of the reviews on glassdoor. They had me completely prepared for the whole process.

Interview
Interview process is intensive, initially starting with a interview with a recruiter to ensure you meet the job requirements. Followed by a round with a more senior recruiter to discuss work experience and job expectations. If you make it past the recruiter rounds, you will be invited to meet the hiring manager who will set you up with a peer interview session. If all goes well you will be invited to a panel interview presenting a business case.
