Interview
4 interviews in total:
1. Recruitment over the phone
2. In person general interview, why salesforce, why you, cultural fit etc.
3. On the spot problem solving exercise
4. Panel presentation of a case study
The recruiter was across the process the entire time and was available throughout for Q&A
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.
