I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Hyderābād) in Oct 2017
Interview
Salesforce has the best recruiting team. The process had two rounds of interviews. The first one is a technical discussion and then followed by a manager round. It took about a couple of weeks for the whole process to be completed. The updates and follow ups from the recruiting HR and the coordinator has been very good. The whole process has been smooth.
The technical discussion was about the development knowledge of Salesforce, then mainly on troubleshooting the development issues on Salesforce and few other important technical concepts. Overall, the concepts that are very much needed for the Developer Support position has been discussed thoroughly.
Then the manager discussion has been very good. It was more about discussing the support process, experiences with the technology & managerial scenarios, then the Roles & Responsibilities of the Developer Support position and other related information.
