The first step in the interview process was a phone screen with one key evaluator on the selection team. This discussion was a wide-ranging discussion to determine my understanding of the job requirements and suitability for the role. Interview was positive and focused.
The second step of interview process was an onsite interview. I met with five people separately for 45 minutes each. Amongst the interviewers were the hiring manager, two peers and two key influencers. All interviews were very positive with questions regarding my specific subject matter knowledge and questions about past experiences and handling difficult situations/people.
