      Application

      Interview

Thought it was a very fair and straight forward process. From start to end, it took 3 weeks. Order was HR screen, video interview with hiring manager, at home case study, case study presentation and 3 one-on-one interviews. Most questions were behavioral and some were situational / case like (e.g. if there's a slowdown in the business, what would you do).

      Sales Strategy Interview

      13 Aug 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Denver, CO) in Jul 2019

      Interview

I applied thru a referral, got the invite for an initial phone screen a day or two after. The conversation was very casual, I was told what it would take to be successful in the role, and gave an overall overview of what it would be like to work in the position. We then chatted further and determined my experience would be a good fit. This was followed with 3 more interviews, first with the hiring manager. This felt casual as well, and she was transparent with me with exactly what she was looking for, this is where I started to get excited since it was starting to feel like a good fit for me with a great manager as well. This was then followed by interviews with 2 direct peers who also would report to the same manager. I received a phone call with the offer about 30 minutes after finishing the interviews. I think overall, a great part of my success was thanks to how helpful Chad, my recruiter, was thru the entire process. He walked me thru each step of the interview and was willing to spend time with me prior to each interview answering all my questions. He is still very much in touch with me to answer questions even far after accepting the offer.
