Interview
Very structured, final phase with a panel with RVP, Business Development Director, and BDR Managers. You need to prepare for every interview since they will try to challenge following the STAR method.

3 steps: recruiter screen, recruiter, final round panelist. Talk about yourself, more conversational than technical. Did not do mock cold call or mock presentation at all. Purely questions like tell me about yourself, why salesforce etc
