Very good organized. Highly responsive and proactive recruiters. Good Internet Site and overall, everything fine. OPen Atmosphere in the Interviews, person is interested to learn about the charakter and the social fit to the company and team.

Question 1
Normal Interview question. in the first interviews no standardized questions. Its seems to be different in the final step.
hard and delayed interview process multiplee steps had four intervieww with members at different departments then a presentation round to a panel on a live situation. Had several cancellations and reschedules and transferred to diff depts as the role changed mid process
3 series of interviews. First HR, then a bring manager then a panel interview.
It's quite nice but you need to prepare yourself. The Salesforce team is very helpful and help you a lot during the process.
