Initial screening by the recruiter, then panel interview with hiring manager and 2 peers on my CV, next panel interview outlining market, how to manage people, hiring etc.
During the process the recruiter was very helpfull and a great coach, you really got the feeling that you had a buddy that wanted you to succeed.
Very Structured, very detailed oriented and objective. Come prepared to talk about your experience. There is always a panel that you will be asked to present your experience and why you are a better fit to the role
