Pre-screening by agency. Then I was sent a more detailed job description. The interview was in Japanese. The type of questions I was expecting were; 1.) What experience do you have that is directly related to the job? 2.) If a client doesn't want to go through the process for SSO/MFA how would you explain why they need to do this? 3.) What steps do you take to help someone gain MFA compliance? 4.) Have you ever done any type of outbound calling and are you comfortable with that? The actual interview was more about getting to know me and then testing how proper my Japanese was and how well I could interface with clients. They had to me act out a scenario where I was cold calling a client. It was a good challenge. There were 4 people on the call from SF.

There were three rounds of interview. All the rounds are technical. all the questions were based on Developing skills, deployment tools used. overall the experience was good and pleasant. The first question was tell me about yourself and your experinece.
