El proceso en general fue bastante corto en cuanto a instancias ya que solo tuve 2 entrevistas primero con RRHH siempre la misma persona y luego un entrevista con el GERENTE DE AREA.
Fueron todas entrevistas en forma remota debido a la pandemia mediante plataforma virtual. Unas semanas despues de la entrevista con el gerente de area fui comunicado de que no seguia en el proceso.
la duración del proceso total fue de dos meses.
hard and delayed interview process multiplee steps had four intervieww with members at different departments then a presentation round to a panel on a live situation. Had several cancellations and reschedules and transferred to diff depts as the role changed mid process
3 series of interviews. First HR, then a bring manager then a panel interview.
It's quite nice but you need to prepare yourself. The Salesforce team is very helpful and help you a lot during the process.
