6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

2 phone interviews with different recruiters, 2 in person interviews, 1 of which the recruiting manager rescheduled 4 different times. For sales must be able to speak in salesforce language even for what you are currently selling and bring strong value props for every position you've sold for in the past.
