I interviewed with salesforce for an MTS/SMTS(HR mentioned - designation will depend on my interviews) role in January'25. Gave 4 rounds of interviews and waited for the HR to get back with the results. HR did not use to update me or attend to my enquiries, and after 2 weeks he told me I cleared for a MTS role but the team I interviewed for decided to not hire MTS and rather do interviews for SMTS only(he literally told me interview is for both MTS and SMTS, why did not he clear it with the team beforehand). But he also mentioned that another team is hiring for MTS, so he will schedule my interviews with them AGAIN(ideally he should have only asked me to take and HM round with the new manager again). I agreed to do the interviews again but the HR never reached out to me since then. It's really painful to see how HRs waste precious time of candidates and how sometimes you don't get the job even after you clear the interviews. Overall at Salesforce, the interview process is very sparse and hence lengthy, the HRs are very arrogant and moody and not at all responsible, considerate or answerable. They act like the Kings/Queens of the empire.
