I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2025
Interview
I applied on Workday and it took a couple weeks to hear back for a phone screen interview request. The recruiter was very nice and personable, but I was told I would hear back on a certain date and never did. The questions were pretty straightforward. I wish that even if they're not going to move forward with candidates that they still reach out and let them know as a courtesy.

Question 1
"Why do you want to work in sales?" "How are you measured and how do you compare to your teammates?" "Do you think you'd be comfortable calling pretty much all day?"
Took a bit longer with scheduling - but otherwise pretty smoothe. Call with a couple recruiters then an onsite with some of the managers. Lots of behavioral and situational questions
Quick with lots of different people included, several rounds, no softball, overall a pretty interesting experience. I'd be curious about their cut throat culture. Feel free to share your feedback as well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2026
Interview
Fair interview process with 4 stages, precise recruiters, the company provided additional support for preparation with materials, extra call with the recruiter before the case, . Doable process but you need to be really well prepared to show that you are the one they want.
