Description:
Join ST Engineering Defence Aviation Services Pte. Ltd. as an Engineer based at our Aero facility located at 507 Airport Road. This role is a specialised engineering position that plays a critical part in supporting our aviation services division.

As an Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for applying advanced engineering principles to maintain and enhance the reliability and safety of aviation systems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet stringent industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement engineering production processes with alignment to project timelines, specifications and operational needs.
Develop, test, and implement engineering production processes for aviation equipment.
Ensure compliance with existing aviation process safety standards and company quality processes throughout all engineering tasks.
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, which may include maintenance, operations, and quality assurance, to facilitate the smooth execution of engineering projects.
Monitor and report on engineering project progress, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of engineering activities, including reports, manuals, and compliance records.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Proven experience in specialised engineering roles within the aviation or defence sectors is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems using innovative approaches.
Prior design and / or production experience in composites is highly advantageous.
Experience with utilizing Teamcenter and Unigraphics is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly and effectively across diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
