Overview of Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil and structural construction activities.
• Support project leadership by overseeing daily site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Develop technical documentation such as method statements, construction sequences, sketches, and other essential submissions.
• Supervise on-site activities, continuously reviewing and refining work methods to optimize safety and productivity.
• Engage with team members, subcontractors, clients, and consultants to facilitate timely delivery of quality outcomes.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans, and perform inspections to verify work compliance.
• Identify discrepancies in drawings through field verification and provide technical clarifications to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that the latest drawings, including shop drawings, are accessible and utilized effectively by the site team.
• Maintain accurate site records and submit reports promptly to the office for review.
• Assist in compiling project reports and presentations for management, clients, and project partners.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Professional Engineer Board, Singapore.
• Have at least three years of experience working on building or geotechnical construction projects.
• Be familiar with local building codes and the procedures for submitting documentation to authorities.
• Experience with precast concrete systems is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, responsibility, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with good interpersonal abilities.
• Show a high level of commitment, ownership, and initiative in project tasks.
• Possess leadership qualities, coaching skills, and the ability to organize effectively.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Available for a workweek of approximately 5.5 days.
