The Lead Physical Security Analyst supports the advancement, consistency, and resilience of the organization’s global physical security program. This role combines program ownership with technical expertise in physical security technologies, risk management, and incident response. The position partners closely with Workplace Operations, Technology, HR, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams to enhance the safety and security of employees, workplaces, and business operations.

Support and continuously improve physical security programs that protect employees, facilities, and business operations across corporate offices and operational locations

Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise physical security technologies, supporting the deployment, integration, lifecycle management, and evaluation of systems, including access control, CCTV/VMS platforms, and alarm monitoring solutions

Partner with Workplace Operations, Infrastructure, and Technology teams to incorporate physical security controls into new site design, workplace initiatives, and facility upgrades

Conduct facility security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies aligned with corporate standards and applicable regulatory requirements

Coordinate incident response activities to support effective handling of security incidents and operational disruptions

Support management of security vendors, guard force providers, and system integrators while contributing to physical security architecture, technology standards, and system design

Develop and maintain security analytics, metrics, and reporting to measure program performance, identify risk trends, and support continuous improvement of policies, standards, and procedures

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Security, Engineering or Information Systems and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years experience; or a PhD without experience

Experience supporting physical security programs across multiple facilities, regions, or complex corporate environments

Experience supporting security programs across multiple corporate facilities or operational locations

Experience working with enterprise physical security technologies including access control and video surveillance systems

Experience conducting facility security risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. Experience managing security vendors, guard force providers, or security system integrators

Experience coordinating response to security incidents or operational disruptions

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a corporate environment
Tier 2 - Singapore 86,000 - 130,000 SGD per year
The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
