      Great company but a little separated

      A really nice environment to work in. Great pension scheme.

      Cons

      Disparate offices. It can be challenging to get work done when working across multiple locations. Manager had a very "hands off" approach from day 1 which made it a challenge to understand team goals and integrate myself into the business.

      Highly Toxic

      Being a manager's friend, allows one an easier life and go through all the garbage

      Cons

      Never worked in such a toxic environment. Most managers have no qualifications, nor competences. Lack of transparency, secrecy, manipulative and accusatory environment, highly discriminatory and racist, persecutions and punishments, which explains the gigantic turn round of people. Very low salary and awards based on friendship rather than performance.

      Lovely Team, Great Company

      Pros

      My experience working at AXA UK continues to be positive. There is a close-knit team culture with colleagues being approachable, collaborative, and always ready to support when needed. The company itself is supportive in terms of personal wellbeing and managers take time to listen, provide guidance, and ensure you get the tools and flexibility needed to succeed. There’s an emphasis on work-life balance.

      Cons

      Occasionally you lose sight of the team's goals and position/impact within the company. With regular manager check ins this is easily rectified.

      Great benefits. AXA really care about their people and there is a great community feel. Supportive managers. Very transparent and approachable even at director/ceo level.

      Cons

      Not fully remote which would be my preference.

      Great people, good work culture

      The managers are thoughtful and helpful, co-workers are very welcoming and helpful. Amazing people. And only 2 days from office.

      Cons

      Late shifts for a week every month (12:30 to 08:00PM). Salaries could be a little higher.

      POOR PAY, TOXIC CULTURE AND BULLYING

      Work life balance is okay

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. Toxic culture from managers and above. Bullying from managers. Managers are stick together and prey upon the ones below - this is known as the culture and you cannot raise this with anyone without it coming back to bite you.
