Pros
The company has ok culture and good supportive colleagues who make collaboration enjoyable. The work itself is engaging. Teams genuinely care about delivering great results.
Cons
Executive leadership could be stronger in communication and connection with employees. Leadership tends to stay in their own circle and rarely interacts with teams on the ground, which creates a disconnect between strategy and day-to-day work. Not much diversity in leadership teams. There have been multiple rounds of layoffs for multiple years despite strong team performance, which impacts morale. Additionally, there’s a lack of effective manager training and clear career development frameworks, leaving employees without proper guidance on growth or performance reviews.
