      Teaching role mostly involves administration and student management

      Pros

      Although work is a lot but pace is slow. Unless is big project, work can be delayed. No micro management.

      Cons

      Although I am a lecturer, I am not really teaching. Most of my time is spent on student management and paper work. 20% teaching and 80% administration. Regretted transferring from ITS to IIT but ITS is not good too.
