A lot of micro management- this may be a pro or con for people. But the three big things for me were: - A tendency to favor friends or "bros". - Top heavy, they kept a lot of management but cut a lot of individual contributors. - Way too much emphasis on marketing and not enough on supporting customers, sales, and operations

Nothing to say as it's a corporate

Burn and churn mentality with clients. Company has an amazing benefit to provide, but completely lacks in service.

Toxic work environment, management in India is powerless, it is sr. management in US who call the shots. Seniors management people are mostly disrespectful, always set unrealistic targets and their priorities keep changing every now and then. No one give a damn about the long working hours, specially after the acquisition. Giving layoff threats is pretty common, in order to get the work done. There are no good employee friendly perks or facilities, everything is about saving money. Free food and snacks in office are a joke. Teams are short staffed, and no hiring is going to happen for the foreseeable future. Above all, these things are justified in the name of so called "Startup Sprit". Working here is a nightmare, should be avoided at all costs.

If you go in as a direct hire you're golden. If you go in as a contract/"temp" watch out. Their training is flat and overwhelming. The trainer is usually a young, entitled, indifferent, jaded millenial who absolutely does not care if you learn or not. If they mis-step at all in your training process they will gaslight you/ never acknowledge or take responsibility for their blunder, nor provide any support to rectify. If you are starting at the bottom of the career ladder, you will be dazzled by the nice food and nice views. Once your training is up you will go to the back area where it's dark and call center-ish.
