LexisNexis Risk Solutions Account Manager Associate interview questions

It was the worst interviewing process! Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They prolonged the interview process for 6-8 months. I was told about a new interview whenever they felt the need to respond and communicate a follow-up. I was told I only had three interviews in the beginning. Then they changed it to overall 5 interviews and 4-5 conversation on the side. They kept telling me I came this far along so they will be interested in extending a potential offer. All of that just to tell me they are not interested in hiring me because I don’t know enough about insurance? They knew that from the start so why would you drag someone along for 5 interviews and 4-5 follow-ups to do that ? If I was not a good fit then wouldn’t the first interview be enough for that? Why waste someone’s time like that? None of the interviewers know what’s going on when they are in the interview and they ask the same 5-6 questions every time. I’m so disappointed with their lack of sensitivity and consideration of other individuals time.
