Question 1
Project Management related questions; approaches in waterfalls vs agile methodologies
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7+ months. I interviewed at Salesforce in Apr 2022
Interview
1. Call with Sourcing Recruiter (Salesforce internal)
2. Call with Customer Success Group Recruiter (Salesforce internal) who was subsequently my primary contact throughout the interview process, along with a Recruiting Coordinator who handled scheduling
3. Two video call one-on-one interviews with potential peers/managers
4. Video call panel interview with three potential managers: I had a few days to prepare and submit a deck in advance of the interview, then present at the interview a high-level outline of a past project, demonstrating my project management capabilities
Both Recruiters were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, providing clarity and fast feedback/response at each step. The Recruiting Coordinator supported with clear, timely, and efficient scheduling and related directions. All interviewers were friendly and professional.

- Tell me about a difficult situation on a past project and how you handled it
- What's been your hardest project so far and why
- Panel interview: questions around sample past project's business charter, governance, methodology, tools, and processes used to manage the project, as well as managing through the risks and issues encountered

Interview
Presented a project from initiation to delivery. Highlighting key areas of focus and attention. 15 minute presentation was made to a panel of peers & leaders in the organization. Panel asked questions throughout.
