This is not a learning-from-zero internship.

We are looking for someone who already trades and wants to:

• Sharpen their edge
• Systematize their strategies
• Work in a real quant environment

You will work directly with the team on:

• Trade analysis
• Strategy refinement
• Idea generation grounded in data

• What You’ll Do
• 1. Trade Review & Analysis

• Break down your own trades and firm trades:
  • Entry / exit quality
  • Risk management
  • Execution timing
• Identify:
  • What actually works vs noise
  • Repeatable patterns
• 2. Strategy Development

• Translate discretionary ideas into:
  • Clear rules
  • Quantifiable conditions
• Work with the team to:
  • Backtest ideas
  • Validate edge using historical data
• 3. Execution & Market Monitoring

• Monitor live markets (primarily US equities)
• Track:
  • Gappers
  • Volume spikes
  • Intraday momentum / reversals
• Assist in refining:
  • Entry timing
  • Risk parameters
• 4. Data-Driven Edge Discovery

• Analyze:
  • Historical setups
  • Pattern consistency
  • Outcome distributions
• Contribute ideas for:
  • New features
  • New strategy angles
• Requirements (Strict)

• You actively trade (required)
  • US equities preferred
  • Intraday experience strongly preferred
• You have:
  • A track record (even small account is fine)
  • Trade logs or clear examples of your trades
• You understand:
  • Risk management
  • Position sizing
  • Basic market structure
• Strong Plus If You:

• Trade:
  • Small-cap momentum / mean reversion
  • Premarket / open setups
• Have used:
  • Backtesting tools
  • Data analysis (Excel / Python)
• Think in:
  • Probabilities, not opinions
