About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined individual to join our ERP development team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a foundation in software / database technologies and are keen to build expertise in ERP systems, business processes, and enterprise application support.

You will work closely with consultants, developers, and customers to support, troubleshoot, configure, and enhance ERP solutions across Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Sales modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Support ERP implementation, configuration, and user onboarding
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to customers
• Write and execute basic SQL / PostgreSQL queries for data validation and issue analysis
• Assist in API integration, data migration, and system enhancement projects
• Support application deployment in Linux-based environments
• Work with development teams on bug fixes, testing, and feature rollouts
• Understand customer business processes and translate requirements into system solutions
• Prepare documentation, test cases, and technical specifications

Technical Requirements

• Basic understanding of SQL / PostgreSQL (simple queries, joins, filtering, updates)
• Basic programming knowledge in Java
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of REST APIs is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Basic Linux command-line knowledge
• Understanding of ERP / business processes in areas such as:
• Finance
• Inventory Management
• Procurement
• Sales / Order Management
