Responsibilities：

1. Create, review and modify carpentry drawings based on project requirements.

2. Prepares and modifies schematic, detailed, and technical drawings.

3. Handle email correspondence with main-con and other vendors.

4. Work closely with Designers, Project Managers, and clients to meet project requirements.

5. Meet with developers, main-con，vendors in order to address client's needs.

6. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

7. Provide assistance to Design department manager.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 year experience in Interior design/Architecture design/Funiture design or related field.

2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup tools.

3. Familiar with basic materials and process, preferable to have experience in site construction

follow-up, construction drawing and furniture design.

4. Have a good understanding of the design scheme and high responsibility with job.

5. Possess good ability to work with others as a team.

6. Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
