Headquartered in Singapore, we distribute a diverse range of IT accessories, multimedia and data storage products in both commercial and consumer segments. Leveraging on our 32-year brand history, we have successfully repositioned and strengthened our brand as a name synonymous with innovative, fashionable and user-focused tech-savvy products.

Your core responsibilities:

• Improve the data collection and cleaning methods through automation
• Collaborate on different data sources and data sets to extract, clean, analyze, and gather data for advanced analytics and reporting tasks
• Identify relationships and correlations between different data sets for trend reports, implement and monitor business KPIs, provide data driven insights to the business
• Deliver Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, charts, reports that visualize analytical results

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates/undergraduates are welcomed!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Detail oriented and data driven, strong in problem solving skills
• Proficient with the use of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word
• Basic coding knowledge, in any language (R, Javascript, Python) is preferred
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with relational databases
• Knowledge of data modeling fundamentals and ideally some experience designing and implementing data structures.
• Clean, analyze, and transform

Bonus points if you have (but don't worry if you don't):

• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
• Experience with improving data quality, identifying and resolving inaccuracies or discrepancies
