Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
• Lead the on-site construction crew, facilitating smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant parties to confirm technical viability and alignment.
• Ensure resource planning and allocation are optimized to meet project demands.
• Create detailed project schedules and monitor progress regularly to stay on track.
• Implement verification methods to manage scope changes, schedule adjustments, and budget variations effectively.
• Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least four years of relevant experience in construction project coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
