They use ActivTrak to monitor every click, tap, and screen activity on every single employee’s screen — on top of a return-to-office policy that’s 5 days a week. PIP quota is 10% every year now, instead of 5% every 6 months. No promotions in 4 years — just straight layoffs instead. Everyone is pushed into AI to the extent that people are ranked on a dashboard by how many merge requests they do in a month — and this includes non-tech roles. Peer review changed from 360 to 180, meaning people report to your leadership to reflect on your performance.
