Hate meeting up with friends and family that you want to avoid them anyway possible? Don't want to see your child growing up or dislike any meaningful interaction with your spouse? Grab is the place for you! - Overly focused on product diversification, without understanding what are the key things that makes them a success in the first place. The company is now at the stage where they are trying to diversify into as many areas as possible, in as little time as possible. - Ever wondered why the core functionality and design of the app is so poor compared to rival apps such as Uber and Hail-O? Because whatever limited resources they have are being put to new products, and everyone is stretched beyond their limit. Core app functionality and experience be damned.
